Neil Blackshaw, BA (town and Country
Planning) Hons, MA, DMS, MRTPI.
Neil gained planning degrees at Manchester
and Newcastle Universities and a management diploma in Lincolnshire.
He has held senior positions in all aspects of spatial planning
in a range of local authorities in the North West, North East
and South East. He was Executive Director of a major environmental
charity, the Groundwork Trust in Durham 1996-2003.
From 2005 to 2009 he was Director
of the London NHS Healthy Urban Development Unit where, working
with the Mayor of London and the London Development Agency,
he produced award-winning guidance and made rapid progress
in promoting more effective working between the 32 PCTS and
London Boroughs.
In 2009 he set up Easton Planning to offer his expertise nationwide.
